Ze is een hele lieve vrouw die alles goed uitlegt voordat ze begint. Tussendoor mag ik alle vragen stellen die ik heb en mag ik in een spiegel kijken hoe ze met mijn haar werkt. Ze legt alles uit wat ze doet. Ik voelde me meteen thuis. Het resultaat was GEWELDIG!!!
